Exchange and Return Policy


Requests for the exchange or return of any product delivered to the user in response to a purchase order from the WOW Mart website are subject to the exchange and return policy outlined below. The user acknowledges their acceptance of and agreement to comply with the exchange and return policy when purchasing products from the WOW Mart online platform.


WOW Mart guarantees your right to exchange the product you purchased under the following conditions:
● The exchange request must be made within 3 days of the date of receipt.
● The product must be in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt and must not have been opened, operated, or used in any way.
● The product must be in its original packaging as received.
● The product must be accompanied by the original invoice.
● The serial number must be clear and legible and must not have been tampered with or attempted to be changed, hidden, or removed in any way.
● The product must include all its accessories, including but not limited to spare parts, accessories, user manual, and free gifts (if any).


WOW Mart also guarantees your right to return the product you purchased with a full refund, including shipping costs, if you receive a defective product or one with an operational error or unsuitable for its intended use, under the following conditions:
● The return request must be made within 24 hours of the date of receipt.
● The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received, with the serial number clear and legible.
● There must be no missing components of the product, including but not limited to spare parts, user manual, and free gifts (if any).
● The product must be accompanied by the original invoice.
● The defect or error must not have resulted from incorrect installation, operation, or misuse of the product by the user.
● The product must not be part of clearance sales or non-returnable items.
● The product must not be included in the list of non-returnable products.


You should be aware that you will lose your right to request an exchange or return of a defective product or one with an operational error if:
● The defect or operational error resulted from incorrect installation, use, operation, or violation of the user manual instructions.
● The defect or operational error arose from any accidents or circumstances that occurred after the date of use.
● There is a deficiency in any of the product’s components, including but not limited to spare parts, user manual, and free gifts (if any).

WOW Mart reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return request with a refund at its discretion if
the exchange or return requests do not comply with the above conditions.
